GIGS (Getting into Grad School) is a free mentoring program sponsored by the Graduate Diversity Program (GDP) and the Graduate Outreach Recruitment and Retention Project (GMORR) designed to address the needs of undergraduate diversity students with applications to Graduate School.
Participants will be mentored by trained UC Berkeley graduate students on:
– Selection of Graduate Program(s)
– Personal Statement
– Statement of Purpose
– Writing Samples
– Curriculum Vitae
– Funding
