What?
The Asian Pacific American Student Development (APASD) is now opening the application process to become an APASD intern for the 2013-2014 academic school year.
Who?
The Asian Pacific American Student Development (APASD) serves the diverse and changing needs of the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community at the University of California, Berkeley. APASD provides accessible and relevant programming and resources, promotes cross-cultural community building, and advocates civil rights and social justice through education and empowerment.
These programs and resources include:
Asian Pacific Islander Issues Conference (APIICON)
Celebration of Asian Pacific American Womyn (CAPAW)
Program Development and Resources
Research Focus Groups
Campus Advisory Committees
And much more…
When?
The application process will take place from Monday (4/15) – Friday (4/19)
Application submissions must be in by Sunday, April 21st.
How?

Attend an Information Session on Tuesday (4/16) at 6:30PM or Wednesday (4/17) at 8:00PM in 242 Cesar Chavez to learn more about being an APASD intern. Please RSVP by Sunday, April 13th at 11:59 pm.

Meet with two current APASD interns from Monday (4/15) to Friday (4/19) in 242 Chavez to gain different perspectives about the APASD internship. Sign up by Sunday, April 13th at 11:59 pm.

Submit the application form by Sunday, April 21st at 11:59 pm.
- Please email your resume and schedule an interview with the APASD Director, Jere Takahashi at jeret@berkeley.edu by Sunday, April 21st. Interviews will be conducted from April 21st to April 27th.
