Deferred Action Workshop

Hello Community!

There will be a Deferred Action Workshop by the Academic Policy Department in the Office of the AAVP in conjunction with Clinical Professor Allison Davenport of the Boalt School of Law.

Professor Davenport has spearheaded a movement with a cohort of Boalt students offering free legal services for UC Berkeley students filing for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). The goal of the workshop is to inform student leaders of communities that may benefit from such information so that they may pass it on to their constituencies and communities. Many of you have been invited to the Facebook event as well, and I hope that you can pass this information around to your communities and others that may benefit from attending the workshop.
